What qualifies
- Unworn, with any protective film still on
- Bracelet not sized. Try it on the FKM strap first; it swaps by hand, no tool needed.
- Everything from the box: bracelet and links, FKM strap, travel case, link-sizing tool, cards, papers and tags
- Tags and protective film left on
How to start a return
- Email support@resurgewatchco.com with your order number. We reply within 1 to 3 business days with a return approval and instructions. Please wait for that approval; packages that arrive without one can't be accepted.
- Ship it back insured, in the original box, within 7 days of hearing from us. The return address is provided with your approved return authorization (RMA). Return shipping is on you.
- We inspect every return within 5 business days of it arriving. Once it qualifies, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
The fine points
- The watch is your responsibility until it reaches us, so insure it.
- Original shipping cost: shipping to you is free, so there's no shipping charge to refund.
- A return that doesn't pass inspection comes back to you at your cost, with no refund.
- We record every serial when it ships. The watch you send back has to be the one we sent you.
Arrived damaged or defective?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a few photos, and keep the packaging. We pay shipping both ways and handle it under the Warranty. Any refund for a defective or damaged watch is in full.
Preorders
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Email us at support@resurgewatchco.com with your name and order number.
You pay in full at checkout. After delivery, the 30-day return policy above applies.
Colors and serials
Every NIGHTSTRIKE is numbered, and serials are assigned at the factory. We can't swap colors or serials. Want a different color? Return yours for a refund and order again, subject to availability.
