NIGHTSTRIKE Warranty: 5 Years, Transferable
Every NIGHTSTRIKE is covered for 5 years from delivery against manufacturing defects, meaning defects in materials or workmanship that show up under normal use. That includes the movement, case, crystal, crown, lume and bracelet. For preorders, the 5 years start when your watch is delivered, not when you pay.
It transfers with the watch. If you sell it or pass it on, the next owner gets the time that's left.
Shorter terms on a few parts
- Black PVD coating: 2 years against peeling or flaking. After that, we offer discounted paid refinishing.
- Water resistance: 2 years.
- FKM strap, spring bars, travel case and link-sizing tool: 1 year.
What isn't covered
- Drops, knocks and other impacts, including cracked or chipped crystals
- Water damage from a crown that wasn't screwed fully down
- Damage caused by opening or modifying the watch
- Damage caused by unauthorized service, meaning work by anyone other than RESURGE or someone we approve
- Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, wear through the PVD on edges and the clasp, strap and bracelet wear, and lume dimming with age
- Magnetism, loss or theft
Accuracy
The NH36 movement's factory range is −20 to +40 seconds a day. A watch running outside that range is covered.
Service stays in the US
You never ship your watch overseas. If something we built fails, we fix it here, and a faulty movement is replaced with a new one. We decide whether to repair the watch or replace it with the same or a comparable one. If neither is possible, we refund what you paid.
Shipping
You send the watch to us, insured. We pay to ship it back to you, insured.
How to make a claim
- Email support@resurgewatchco.com with your order number or receipt, the serial number engraved on the caseback, and a photo or short video of the problem. Later owners need the original order number or receipt and the serial.
- We reply within 1 to 3 business days with instructions. Please wait for them before you ship anything.
- If the problem isn't covered, we'll tell you in writing what a repair would cost before doing any work, and we do nothing without your OK.
Your rights
This warranty is given by Resurge Watch Co LLC, Missouri, and covers NIGHTSTRIKE watches bought from resurgewatchco.com. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties last only as long as this warranty, and we aren't liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
