Returns Terms: 30-Day Returns on Unworn Watches

1. 30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return your NIGHTSTRIKE within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. No restocking fee.

2. Condition we need it back in

Please check your watch before you wear it, and try it on with the protective film still on. To qualify for a refund, the watch must be:

• Unworn, with every protective film and tag still in place and no marks from wear
• Bracelet not sized. Removing links counts as sizing. To test the fit, try the FKM strap first. It swaps by hand, no tools needed.
• Complete: the bracelet and all its links, FKM strap, travel case, link-sizing tool, microfiber cloth, spare spring bars, cards, papers and the original box, all in the condition you received them

3. How to return

1. Ask first. Email support@resurgewatchco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 to 3 business days with a return approval and the address. Packages sent without an approval may be refused.
2. Ship within 7 days of approval. Pack the original box inside a shipping carton, and ship it with tracking, insured for the full value.
3. You pay return shipping, unless the watch arrived damaged or defective (section 6).
4. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can't refund a return that gets lost or damaged on its way to us, so insure it and keep your tracking number.

4. Inspection and refunds

• When your return arrives, we confirm the serial number against your order and inspect the watch, within 5 business days. We email you the result.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
• Original shipping: shipping to you is free, so there's no shipping charge to refund.
• If a return fails inspection (worn, sized, damaged, incomplete, or the serial doesn't match), we don't refund it. We tell you why, with photos, and ship it back to you at your cost.

5. Preorders

• You pay in full at checkout.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Email us at support@resurgewatchco.com with your name and order number.
• If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before that date passes with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 working days. The same full refund applies if we make a material change to the watch.
• After it ships, the 30-day return terms above apply.

6. Arrived damaged, defective or wrong

Email support@resurgewatchco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the watch, the box and the shipping carton, and keep all the packaging. We pay shipping both ways and repair, replace or refund in full. See the Shipping Policy for transit damage and the Warranty for defects found later.

7. Not returnable

• Watches more than 30 days after delivery
• Watches that are worn, sized, engraved, modified or incomplete
• Exchanges: we don't swap colors or serial numbers. Every NIGHTSTRIKE is numbered. For a different color, return yours for a refund and order again, subject to availability.

8. Your rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the NIGHTSTRIKE Limited Warranty or under the law. Questions: support@resurgewatchco.com. We reply within 1 to 3 business days.
