Where we ship
United States addresses only, for the first run. Outside the US? Join the list and we'll tell you first if a future run ships internationally.
When your order ships
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of your order, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Preorders ship by the estimated date shown at checkout.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number the day your watch ships.
Preorders
Preorders open only once our manufacturer confirms a ship date in writing. You pay in full at checkout. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Email us at support@resurgewatchco.com with your name and order number.
If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before that date passes with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 working days. After delivery, our normal 30-day return policy applies.
Carrier and cost
- Carrier and service: USPS Priority Mail. If USPS can't handle a shipment, we send it by UPS.
- Shipping cost: free on every order to a US address.
- Insurance and signature: every watch ships insured for its full value, with tracking, and a signature is required on delivery. It can't be waived.
Lost or stolen package
Once the carrier confirms a package is lost, we ship a replacement if one is available, or refund you in full. We handle the insurance claim. If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. Every delivery takes a signature, so we'll check the signature record and the carrier's GPS scan with you.
Arrived damaged?
Email support@resurgewatchco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and keep the packaging. We pay shipping both ways and repair, replace or refund under the Warranty.
Sending a watch back to us
- Returns: you pay shipping and insurance to us.
- Warranty and repairs: you pay shipping to us, and we pay to send it back.
- The return address is provided with your approved return authorization (RMA). Please don't send anything without one.
